then they get a new SS Advisor/H.I.

"Headmaster should be blank".

I don't want a Headmistress & Headmaster. And Toby, don't go all serious on me, it's so obvious that you want the Headmaster job. Let's be honest, it doesn't change anything.

And it's not going to change your status if you're Headmaster, you might just have a TINY bit more respect. So ****ing what?

Of course i would want to be HM but im not going to try and persuade lotte or anyone.
Because its up to them.
And its just HM is bigger than DHM.
So if i was made HM then a smaller position would be open for people to apply for.
But i dont seriously care if someone else gets HM like you said it wont make much of a difference.

Do you have no respect for the people that made you who you are today?
And im not wasting my time trying to sort things out between us.

And im fed up of you telling SS how to do their jobs.
We know what were doing and im fed up of you acting like your the best.
I try to ask questions and i will criticise ideas and if you cant cope with that then you wouldnt make a good HM. You say oh we should now have a HM.
And before you said these things:
"oh it dosent matter if we dont have a headmaster or not we dont really need them"
And you did say that you'd let the students decide.
So why are you trying to make a fellow SS look bad.
Its up to them not you so save your moaning later and stop trying to change their views of me.
