I've always had good experiance's with MOD. They don't always blow you off. I know other people who haven't had bad experiance's either. Just when you call for help for something not improtant, they either tell you to use ignore or not even answer. And sometimes they will say things trying to explain stuff as they did to John.

MOD's can be annoying but only beacuse they dont say what you want to hear.
For example:
You report someone for scamming you.
You want them to get banned immediately.
But they just send you to the scam tool.

Oh that reminds me so much of one time,
there was this guy spamming a scam site in a FULL room.
So I reported him.
You know what the MODs said?!
"Use the ignore button."
And that was back in 06.

I'd just like to point out that I wasn't asking them to unban Tig.
I was just asking them how long a response should take because I've written to them over ten times over the last four months; allowing about 2-3 weeks in between each email, where a response should happen within 2 days, as says the HHT.
