Why I really want this job:

I would really want the position of High Inquisitor because I can make good decisions, with those being fair. I also would enhance the RPG, with lots of exiciting storylines. Also I would bring in the following Ideas:

Like brawlar, a timetable of the day for both teachers and students.
Teachers do a register/roll call at the beginning of the lesson, so we know who is active within the students. I think this idea is important because without students, this would be a pretty boring place.
A test when a students wants to get promoted to a higher year, and the grades must be good.
Also a test for new teachers when the apply for a job, so you can see whether there right for the job.
New teachers should also have to go through a week (or something like that) or apprentiship.
OWLS and NEWTS I would get sorted.
The common rooms for the students.
A patrol of the premises to check if all the students are where they are meant to be.
Teachers are to do at least 1 lesson every 3 days (around about that I think) or they get a point. If they collect a certain number of points, they should have a good enough reason for so, or the SS are called in to decide the teachers fate.
If any pupils are seroiusly messing around in the lesson, the teacher should report that after the lesson. If a pupil repeatedley misbehaves, the SS should have a meeting with he child to discuss there behaviour, if the bad behaviour continues, seroius consequenses shall take place, even resulting in that child being expelled. I think this is important because when some teachers are starting out, annoying children can break there spirit, maybe resulting in making the new teacher quit there position.
