Dark Wizards Spotted?

`~`~`~`~`~`~ DARK WIZARD SIGHTING? `~`~`~`~`~`~
The Minister of Magic was taking a short stroll outside the barrier of the Canadian Ministry of Magic, when he spotted a Large Animal, known as a Moose. He then continued on, walking along a Forest's edge, when two large men Apparated from thin air, and they were cloaked. They also spotted the moose. They then shot two large bolts of green light to it, knocking it dead and lifeless. They turned to face the Minister, which they had just noticed. They were ready to attack, when Octulus shot a fairly large blast of energy to them, and they Disapparated and disappeared. Octulus then returned to his stroll along the Forest.
