Octulus Lestrange - REVAMPED.

Hey. Tis Chad.

You all know my character, Octulus.
Well, I am redoing his character.

Name: Octulus Lestrange
Age: 22 [ I do have a horcrux ]
Height: 11' [Half giant/Vampire]
Wieght: 140lbs.
Hair colour: Black with red streak.
Eye colour: Red / blue
Wand: 9' sceptre w/ Glass orb[ Magical properties ] / 15" Myrtle w/ Chimaera scale

Description: Octulus was born between a Full Giant, and a full Vampire. He has characteristics from both parents, being his abnormal height and red glowing eyes, along with the sharp fangs. But he did not inherit the ' Thirst ', so he is not dangerous. He is gifted with Hydrokenisis, the ability to manipulate any type of liquid.
He is currently Minister of Magic at #Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry#.

He owns a magical and powerful Sceptre, which was passed through over 50 generations of the Lestrange clan, which possesses extreme ancient powers unknown to mankind today, and it will only work with someone with Lestrange blood.
