I think that we should let the Poll decide everything:
personally im beginning to hate him.

But really we should let the poll decide. and have maybe a kinda #H# court with like:
Lotte & Brendan (Judges)
Toby, Chad, Tim etc. jurors.
and evryone else as witnesses as to why he should or shouldnt be banned:
and 2 witnesses from each side.

ok switch Lotte and Brendan position with Chad.
