Here is my take on the two ideas:
Homework Room: I think that it is both good and not such a good idea. It is a good idea becuase it ensures that students do their homework. But it isnt such a good idea becuase of two things:
One- It is a watse of time and furni.
Two- It should be the students responsibility to do their homework. It is their fault if they get an T.

Double Jobs: I also think that is a good/bad idea.
Good Idea- BEcuase other people have a chance at a job if they are properly qualifed. It also ensures that the person does their job well.
Bed Idea- We might have a lack of staff so that means some jobs wont be occupied.

So theres my take on these two ideas.
