Its not just Ramadan, its all people

The thing that concerns me is that people come here and get a job instantly.
Ramadan, I know him, his trouble caused alot of people to hate him.

But, he comes here straight from `H`, and applies for Head Of Ravenclaw. Im not sure if he has got it but, why? He just copied and pasted the app from `H` forums. They declined him because Gemma found him with his motto under a different school, and came to #H#. He got sorted, and is now applying for HoR. I know we are not `H`, but `H` say that they have to be 5th Year or higher to get a job. I think this is good because it shows you are loyal.


Ramadan, has caused lots of people from `H` alot of trouble, for example, He 5 schooled then came back to `H` where they banned him, and then he made a new account called Florina claiming to be Ramadan,'s cousin. He lied about his grades and various other things. There are loads more things like this, that i am not going to go into but if you wish to know, PM me.

Back On topic:

Why should anyone here come into a school, and then get a higher job than I have, when I have worked my way up through the years?

Back On topic again: Yeah... i think you should be 5th Year.

Also, if anyone comes into #H# that we do not know well, , I wouldn't give them rights until they have proven themselves worthy.

hmmm. Well, if we are going HP realistic than you shouldn't beable to get a job until you graduate (Unless you are like Fred and George). But we don't have nearly enough student to do that so...we could make it so 3rd or 4th years could get jobs. And eventually we can bump it up to 5th or 5th year.

I think a term should come into place.
That students should be 2nd year to apply for a teaching job.
3rd for HoH
and 4th for SS membership.

I think getting Fourth Year is harder, it shows you're commited enough, it's not about which job you have as long as you are in this school, you're staying, and you'll be here for us.
